Total Hand & Upper Limb Therapy was originally founded in 2012 by the practice owner Nick Antoniou (formerly known as Nick Antoniou Hand Therapy).
We are a Melbourne based hand therapy practice and we specialise exclusively in the assessment and treatment of people presenting with a range of hand, wrist or elbow injuries and conditions.
Practice locations are based at Melbourne’s CBD, East Melbourne as well as a number of locations in Melbourne’s West.

Team Approach
Our therapist and specialist partnership at many of our locations creates a close team based approach with the best client outcomes in mind. It creates a convenience for clients as joint consultations can often be arranged for the same day and at the same location. Treatment goals and direction for management is streamlined between therapist and specialist. Furthermore, if after your initial consultation with us it’s established you need a specialist opinion, then you can be assured that this can be seamlessly arranged.

Absolute expert care is our priority and an assurance that your problem is being comprehensively addressed by an experienced practitioner. For this reason we value the importance of the same therapist being involved in your care and aim to ensure that patients are seen by the same therapist throughout their entire treatment episode wherever this is possible.
Urgent Appointments
To ensure the best clinical outcomes, all urgent or critical injuries and conditions are always prioritised at our practice for same day seeing. Timely assessment and management in these instances is essential to minimise complications or further injury. Speak to our staff so that we can triage the urgency of your referral appropriately.
